Every week, I'll take two recipes and set them against each other. Sometimes THIS recipe will win, sometimes THAT recipe will prove victorious, and upon occasion, we'll resort to creating ANOTHER that takes the cake.
Welcome to my little experiment. I'm a Texas girl who recently moved back to the Lonestar State after 6 years exploring elsewhere. In search of a purpose and a passion (jobs don't count, right?) I've settled here, on an old friend and favorite, baking. Once a week we'll pit our favorite treats' recipes against one another, dual style, of course. Sometimes THIS will win, sometimes THAT will pull through, and sometimes we'll need to create ANOTHER that will take the cake.
